The hot gas heating ... bye bye E-heating!
The visit last week was a really nice trip to Hamburg. There was much talk about coffee and also drunk. For the first time I had there, my 10 kg of fresh roasted coffee.
The 15kg drum roaster of the brand "Toper" has been modified from Pingo. He has pushed the temperature sensor to determine the exact bean temperature and the gas lighting equipped with an adjustable valve, so you can dose the heat of the gas heating. So, now to my first blend "Lapulapu Blend:
How was I to the name Lapulapu Blend? - 20% Ethiopia Amaro Gayo
- 80% Brazil Bob-O-Link
