Ps3 Displaying Too Big

of course I did not come back empty-handed from Berlin. As I have already reported in the earlier blog entry before, I wanted my first lever machine pick up there.
Behold!
Her name is Sonia and Astoria is 31 years young. Your tank holds 5 liters, and it weighs as kilograms approaching 40. A piece of cake. The Italians were in the 70's a very funny design taste. I believe that the emphasis is on linear, quadratic, was practical and good.

The espresso tastes more intense and even rounder! This causes the old good handle technology!

since yesterday I'm back from Berlin back. I have visited great cafes. They were great. Really great movie! Unfortunately, we have managed only 3 cafes.

Centre CK
-Godshot
No Fire No Glory had unfortunately to the 28.Dec. Too bad I've never been there. :-(
Bonanza Coffee For Heroes I drank two double ristrettos. They were fabulous. Dark note, buttery, intense, and chocolatey. Hardly a fruity note. ... Too bad the second Ristretto was then a bit monotonous ...
The next Café CK then it tasted just like Bonanza Coffee Heroes. Very delicious, I believe that they had the same beans as Bonanza Coffee Heroes.
Godshot In Urban Coffee club I first drank the coffee of the week. It was a classic Barmischung with 30% Robusta and 70% Arbaica. Very classic Italian, but quality!
The second Ristretto I was blown away really. Beans "Black Cat" from Chicago tasted slightly sweet like dark chocolate and a hint of lemon at the end somehow, and fruity. A very harmonious and complex coffee with a very full body! The taste was quite long on the tongue. Simply wonderful!
I had a real WOW factor! I believe that these beans were not roasted quite as long as Bonanza Coffee Heroes. They looked interesting to me because they tasted more complex.
The Godshot pleased once again very good, third on this visit.
The owner Kai-Uwe seems very competent, personal and friendly. With it you can very quickly end up in coffee-nerd conversations. For me, of course, wonderful! The shop is cozy and has a superb retro look! Has something of 70s.
The drinks are brought to the customer! That is called a service compared to the Bonnza Coffee Heroes.
In any case, make the Heroes world-class coffee. I will not hide at all. They also have great coffee equipment (3 groups Synesso + E-Mazzer Robur?) And roast their own coffee beans! Coffee Technically you can not set the bar higher.

Café CK I liked it. Netter Service and gleichgutschmeckende Caffè like the Bonanza Coffee Heroes. The facility had something! A lot of art, simplicity and charm is hidden in the interior.
I have also heard that they can prepare damn tasty coffee! I've not tried it, unfortunately. I do not know why? My brain was fixed ristretto. : - /

I bought used for less money (~ 180 €) from Berlin.

so now it is almost Christmas and the year is almost over. I have come to the conclusion that I am not prematurely before the market Markant .
For I am there on a windy corner, what these Temperatures, every polar bear would blow. Furthermore, the coffee sales in the last few weeks was rather modest. Naturally in this cold and the snow ... Who wants to have a coffee, even if you put into it heart and soul ...
The "lease" of the city of Kiel is limited until 31.12.2010. So, I have to look for a new location or I am back from market Markant, if an extension of the "lease" works. But honestly, this site was never really good. Many days were ok, but never really good. Maybe this site needs its time, but right now in this cold. Well ...
My last day at is before the holiday of 24.12.! Am 24.12. The weekly market is still on the parade ground one day was brought forward. The weekly market will run from 8-12 Clock! Then it's finally on vacation after 4 months of working seven days a week! How long? I do not know. Probably to early / mid January.
on holiday then I will buy a beautiful hand-lever espresso machine in Berlin. I will report, in any event! At the same time I will visit there top cafes. I hope that thanks to the new machine and with the new coffee in 2011, achieved an increase in quality and make other people happy with coffee!

For a "Godshot" you need:
- Espresso Machine (Coffee Machine) -> brewing pressure ~ 9.0 bar-9, 5 bar
- coffee mill -> relatively fine Freeness
- Tamper
- super fresh coffee beans -> Today: Costa Rica Tarrazu of 5.12. They were at ~ 90 ° C-93 ° C water temperature prepared

One of the most depressing part of getting older seems to be the repetition, the creeps. Sometimes I wonder whether it is arrogant to think you knew where the conversation lead to the hitherto unknown person X. But it's true: It takes the same conversation with different people on similar topics, which are always stereotyped and move into well-worn paths of thought. You guessed already at the beginning of the conversation, like a person X will categorize themselves and what point is therefore probable. Is that reassuring or terribly boring?
