after few months, the good old Mazzer Super Jolly in use, but it came after a short time to its limits. Because we grind the beans for each espresso (double ristretto) fresh. That is, for every drink is ground for about 15 grams of coffee powder. But the jolly about 10-12sec need of grinding.
Now they got a good successor. She weighs 26 kg and has been alone 900 watts power. A real animal! You need to double the quantity of coffee just 3-4 sec Just great! Customers must less then wait ;-)
